Endava (UK) Limited and Endava plc engaged Forvis Mazars LLP (“we”) to perform independent limited assurance procedures on selected Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions metrics and the Double Materiality Assessment Process for the year ended 30 June 2025.

These Assurance Reports (“Reports”) have been prepared solely in connection with the specific purpose of the engagement and in accordance with the scope of services agreed between Endava (UK) Limited and Endava plc and Forvis Mazars LLP (the “Engagement”).

These Reports were not prepared for the benefit of other third parties and we did not have the interest of anyone other than Endava (UK) Limited and Endava plc in our contemplation when we carried out our work under the Engagement. Accordingly, we do not accept or assume liability (including liability for negligence) to anyone other than Endava (UK) Limited and Endava plc for our work or these Reports.

We do not warrant or represent to anyone who receives these Reports that the information in the Reports is appropriate for their purposes. This is a matter for their judgement and any reliance on these Reports by any third party will be done so entirely at their own risk. These reports have been disclosed on an information only no duty basis.

We have not undertaken further work since the date of the Reports. Material events may therefore have occurred since the date of the Reports which will not be reflected in the Reports.

For the foregoing reasons, these Reports cannot in any way serve as a substitute for other enquiries and procedures that you would (or should) otherwise undertake and judgements you must make. No third party should rely on these Reports for any purpose other than on an information basis only. If a third party relies on the Reports, they do so entirely at their own risk and such third party will not bring a claim against Forvis Mazars LLP for any matters relating to the access and use of the Reports.

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We will be able to rely upon and enforce the terms set out above.
