Enabling our people to grow and thrive
Endava University is our dynamic, AI-powered learning platform that adapts to how people learn today. The platform delivers personalised learning recommendations based on individual profiles, desired skills and trending topics within internal communities.
Supporting our people’s health and wellbeing
This year marks the fifth year of Endava Wellbeing, a holistic programme with a simple goal: to support Endavans and their families to be physically, emotionally and mentally well, while fostering a sense of connection across our global community.

Inclusion Forum
Guided by six key pillars and supported by our regional Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), the Inclusion Forum amplifies underrepresented voices and drives tangible progress on topics that matter to our global community.Cultural awareness
We continued to expand this initiative, helping Endavans develop the cultural agility needed to thrive in global teams. We also offer a dedicated e-learning module.Inclusion Spotlight
To celebrate and reflect on meaningful moments in the inclusion space, we organised Inclusion Spotlight in June 2025 – a company-wide initiative with live masterclasses designed to mark key inclusion themes throughout the year, such as Pride Month and Neurodiversity Pride Day.International Women’s Day
To celebrate International Women’s Day on 8 March, 2025, we invited all Endavans to participate in ‘Connection Ripples’, a campaign designed to spark meaningful conversations, including a series of live masterclasses and in-person and virtual events hosted in various Endava locations.
People engagement
Every Endavan has a voice
We believe engagement is strongest when people feel heard, informed and connected to the company’s direction. Endava Gatherings are live broadcasts where the CEO and Executive Team provide updates and do live Q&A. In regional and local meetings, Endavans can also ask more localised questions and and receive more in-depth information.
Community engagement
