And we know that small acts of kindness create lasting change. Whether these are empowering children through education, donating blood or planting the seeds for a greener tomorrow, Endavans are united by compassion and a sense of shared responsibility.

Back to school: a backpack full of hope

Education opens doors, and our Back to School campaign reflects our belief that every child deserves a strong start. Each year, Endavans partner with NGOs across Europe to provide children in underserved communities with backpacks filled with school supplies and encouragement by our colleagues.

For many, these are the first personal items they’ve ever received. Over the past three years, more than 1,300 children in eight countries across 20+ locations have begun the school year equipped to learn, grow and dream big.

Be a Lifeline: donating blood, saving lives

Saving lives can start with a single act. Through our Be a Lifeline campaign, Endavans across the world join blood drives thanks to mobile donation units and transportation to local blood drive centres – making it easier to participate.

What began in Romania and Moldova has expanded globally. From Bucharest to Sarajevo, Chisinau to Ho Chi Minh City, our colleagues continue to show that no matter how fast our industry moves, compassion comes first.

Meaningful Miles: around the world in 80 days

What started as a local idea has grown into a global campaign of teamwork and impact. Meaningful Miles challenges Endavans to literally turn their movement into impact by raising funds for Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders).

This year, our community set out to virtually circle the Earth – and did it not once, but three times. Colleagues walked, ran, cycled and even danced. When we move and work together, we can achieve something extraordinary.

With a €5,000 kickoff donation from Endava, our teams reached the mileage goal in just two weeks and raised a total of €10,351. Not only did we achieve our goal, but we showed how every step and every mile can help save lives while boosting wellbeing and teamwork across borders.

The Endava Thank You Forest: planting a greener future

Born from our culture of recognition, the Endava Thank You Forest grows with every e-Thank You message Endavans send to one another. Each e-Thank You plants a real tree.

Since its launch in November 2021, the initiative has planted over 100,000 trees through partnerships with environmental NGOs worldwide. From reforesting areas in Romania and Bulgaria, to revitalising riverbanks in Moldova and transforming courtyards in Sarajevo, the programme strengthens both communities and the environment.

The programme has been so successful that we've expanded it with Thank You Forest Goes to School, where tree planting is paired with environmental education, passing sustainability on to the next generation.
