Along the way, I learned that knowing yourself is key to leading yourself, and when it was time to grow beyond what had worked so far, my career coach helped me gain perspective and step into what was next.”

Elena’s journey reflects this spirit. Starting as a Senior Project Manager in Bucharest, she now leads our largest LATAM presence as Country Manager in Colombia: “My journey at Endava involved a lot of bold decisions, including moving my life 10,000 km away to help set up a new location.
