Innovation Camp
Partnering with Save the Children to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators
Fostering the next wave of technological experts
Our Innovation Camp, in collaboration with Save the Children, ignites passion for innovation and provides an immersive and engaging environment for fostering creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Hosting five teams of high school students that participated in other educational projects we run with Save the Children, the camp aims to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs. They get together with Endava mentors and bring ideas to life on digital wellbeing apps. Through a combination of interactive workshops and hands-on collaborative activities, participants are encouraged to develop meaningful and innovative solutions.
During the four-day camp, young people learn from experienced mentors in a supportive and inclusive environment where they can freely express their thoughts, unleash their creativity, experiment with different concepts and learn from both successes and failures.
In addition to technical skills, the Innovation Camp focuses on developing essential practical skills including teamwork, communication and leadership. Participants engage in group activities and collaborative projects that encourage them to work together, brainstorm and present their solutions to a wider audience, gaining valuable insights into the entire innovation process from ideation to implementation.
By fostering a culture of innovation and providing a platform for young minds to flourish, we contribute to shaping the future leaders and problem solvers of tomorrow.
