We aim to create a positive difference for the communities where we live and work through strong strategic partnerships with non-governmental organisations (NGOs). By concentrating on education, health, humanitarian aid and the environment, we focus on areas where we can have the greatest impact.

Endava Tech Campus

We bring together a wide range of educational projects to support the next generation of engineers and scientists. Through trusted partnerships with NGOs, we offer a variety of programmes covering science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Endava Thank You Forest

This global tree planting project is connected to our internal recognition programme and is part of how we heighten awareness of climate change. For each e-Thank-You card our colleagues send, we plant a tree. We celebrate our milestones, and we are keen to do more.

Learning and development

We help our people grow and thrive as professionals by offering a vast range of courses through Endava University and other learning platforms. Our people also have access to career coaching, knowledge sharing and mentoring.
  • Pass It On
    Through the Pass It On sessions, we share experience, knowledge and ideas with our colleagues. In 2023, we recorded 616 hours of footage across our locations.
  • Endava University
    Endava University is our main learning platform that includes accelerators, presentations, videos, and tools. Recently, we introduced micro learning as pods available through our platform,
  • O‘Reilly
    To accelerate growth and development, we offer to all our people access to the O’Reilly learning platform. In the last financial year, Endavans accessed more than 10,000 items of content across the system.
  • Pluralsight
    In the last financial year, Endavans completed close to 3,000 courses on the Pluralsight platform, investing a total of 14,384 hours on developing their skills.

Employing best practice standards

In June 2023, we achieved a BitSight Security Rating of 790 (advanced), which places Endava in the 90th percentile in our industry. All our people must complete security awareness training annually. We also conduct simulation-based testing to help Endavans recognise and report potentially malicious communications.

Technology is transforming lives and reshaping the world we live in.

Helping NGOs To Go Digital

We’re partnering with Code4Romania to help NGOs implement technology. Not only is this helping NGOs, but it is also having positive impact on the communities that they serve.

Pro Bono Project | Endava Helps long Covid Patients Get Their Breath Back

To help patients suffering from long covid, English National Opera devised a groundbreaking form of singing therapy. Our team worked pro bono to scale the programme so it could serve 3,000 patients at a time.
