The two companies have signed a 5-year deal worth £75m net new revenue to support the delivery of Equiniti’s product and engineering transformation. This deal strengthens Endava and Equiniti’s existing three-year relationship and delivers significant growth for Endava’s Capital Markets business.

 

London - NYSE “DAVA” - Endava, a leading next-generation technology services provider, today expands its strategic relationship with Equiniti, a leading international provider of tech-enabled shareholder, retirement and remediation services.

 

Endava and Equiniti have partnered on many successful projects over the past three years, during which Endava has gained a strong understanding of Equiniti’s technology landscape and strategy. There is clear alignment with Equiniti’s cultural values, quality of talent, ways of working and a shared enthusiasm for Equiniti’s transformation journey ahead. This cultural alignment and understanding of current and target technology states, positions Endava to deliver critical tech solutions quickly.

 

With the extension of this partnership, Equiniti has become one of Endava’s top 10 clients globally.

This partnership supports Endava’s know-how and expertise in this field, and will provide domain-aligned, diverse, critical projects to engage in with Equiniti.
