In its 10th edition, this year's event brought together teams from every corner of Endava to create solutions with lasting impact. Each finalist team brought a unique perspective, from Australia and Argentina to Germany and North Macedonia, but all shared the same drive: using technology with purpose.
The Innovation Lab's global nature reflects how we work every day. With distributed teams and deep cross-regional collaboration, we don't just think globally – we build globally.
Beyond the pitch
At first glance, the Innovation Lab might look like a classic tech competition: teams pitch creative solutions, judges award top ideas and winners are announced. But at Endava, we're not in it for the trophies – we’re here for the transformation. That's why the lab doesn't end at the final competition. It's the beginning of a longer journey where teams are supported to refine their concepts, connect them to real business challenges and grow as professionals.
Our teams weren't just solving hypothetical problems. They tackled real challenges businesses face today, particularly where innovation and AI intersect. Whether using robotics and AI to streamline payment systems or reimagining how AI can support accessibility, each solution was grounded in a clear, human-centred purpose.

Something that truly left a lasting impression was seeing how friendly and supportive all the competing teams were.
