Under the guidance and support of a mentor, we’ll integrate you into one of our team’s ongoing projects to help you polish your technical and soft skills while gaining practical experience. We encourage new graduates, undergraduates in their final year, graduate students, IT enthusiasts or professionals looking for a career shift to the IT industry to apply, regardless of background and level of experience. 

Our hiring process 

Once you apply for a position we follow this process: 

• CV screening – we review your application to see if it matches our requirements.
  
  
• Online test – if shortlisted, you’ll need to complete an online test within three days.
   
• Phone interview – we’ll discuss your experience, assess your English and Romanian proficiency (A2 minimum), and ask some technical questions.
   
• Final interview – a more in-depth conversation to get to know you better.
   
• Decision – we’ll inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.
