Diversity, inclusion and belonging

It is vital to our success that we attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce and help people throughout their careers. With a culture rooted in being thoughtful, open and adaptable, we respect, support and treat each other as equals. 

 

Building on this, in 2021 we set up the Endava Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging forum supporting our promise to be an inclusive community that accepts and celebrates the wonderfully diverse backgrounds of each of us.

    We take pride in the fact that 37 per cent of Endavans are women. We are committed to increasing the number of women in leadership roles across the organisation and to championing change across the broader technology industry.

    Mentoring exceptional women

    Through our programme, Endava RISE Mentoring, we provide support and opportunity for high-potential senior level women, building their readiness for leadership roles.

    Empowering our people to grow and thrive

    Through the Pass It On sessions, we share experience, knowledge and ideas with our colleagues. In 2023, we recorded 616 hours of footage across our locations.

    Learning and development

    We help our people grow and thrive as professionals by offering a vast range of courses through Endava University and other learning platforms. Our people also have access to career coaching, knowledge sharing and mentoring.
    • Pass It On
      Through the Pass It On sessions, we share experience, knowledge and ideas with our colleagues. In 2023, we recorded 616 hours of footage across our locations.
    • Endava University
      Endava University is our main learning platform that includes accelerators, presentations, videos, and tools. Recently, we introduced micro learning as pods available through our platform,
    • O‘Reilly
      To accelerate growth and development, we offer to all our people access to the O’Reilly learning platform. In the last financial year, Endavans accessed more than 10,000 items of content across the system.
    • Pluralsight
      In the last financial year, Endavans completed close to 3,000 courses on the Pluralsight platform, investing a total of 14,384 hours on developing their skills.
