Through the learning programmes we have designed for Endavans, we want to enhance skills, knowledge and competencies to enable our people to be the best they can be and provide the best support to our customers.

Empowering our people to grow and thrive
In FY2024, our internal learning platform saw 168,342 visits to the virtual campus, with our people completing 53,856 pieces of digital content.
To accelerate growth and development, we provide all our people with access to the O’Reilly learning platform. Last year, our teams accessed 111,688 titles on the site.
Last year, our people completed 2,158 courses on Pluralsight, with popular topics including Java, C#, Javascript, Angular and React.
Our learning bites offer concise, focused content on specific topics or skills, enabling our people to gain new knowledge in just five minutes. Last year, these knowledge collections received 4,095 visits.

This year marks the fourth year of Endava Wellbeing, a holistic programme with a simple goal: to support Endavans and their families to be physically, emotionally and mentally well.

We help our people grow and thrive as professionals by offering a vast range of courses through Endava University and other learning platforms. Our people also have access to career coaching, knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Pass It On
Through the Pass It On sessions, we share experience, knowledge and ideas with our colleagues. In 2023, we recorded 616 hours of footage across our locations.Endava University
Endava University is our main learning platform that includes accelerators, presentations, videos, and tools. Recently, we introduced micro learning as pods available through our platform,O‘Reilly
To accelerate growth and development, we offer to all our people access to the O’Reilly learning platform. In the last financial year, Endavans accessed more than 10,000 items of content across the system.Pluralsight
In the last financial year, Endavans completed close to 3,000 courses on the Pluralsight platform, investing a total of 14,384 hours on developing their skills.
