From where you parked, to how many steps you’ve done, your phone alone has multiple sensors updating and informing you of changes to your environment. These IoT sensors are changing static data and with it static risk, giving us the power to stop bad stuff from even happening. Computable Contracts are simply the bringing together of words and code, which we experience daily as that’s what web pages are. So is it such a big leap to modulating clauses and conditions and creating a digital library? There will be winners and losers with the Data-First challenge. Is it time to be bold?
