The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for:
Day-to-day management of sales tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator) – including setting up new users, monitoring usage, answering queries from sales, and suggesting ways to increase usage.
Helping to manage 3^rd^ party digital platforms (such as LinkedIn and Spotify) including initiating and managing - together with the line manager/senior digital lead - the relationships and commercial agreements with advertising providers.
Providing monthly reporting on sales tools and the website – understanding the numbers, presenting trends, and making recommendations for what we can do differently.
Assisting with other campaign activity as and when needed, such as setting up Marketo landing pages and ensuring inbound leads from the website are entered on to our CRM and followed up
The person will work closely with colleagues across Sales and Marketing, including the Vertical and Brand Campaign Managers.
At least 2 years of previous experience is required along with bags of enthusiasm to work with a great team, hone your marketing skills and develop in a growing technology company. Bonus is someone with experience working in B2B marketing.

Presentation skills – so you have your story around the numbers, we are looking for someone who can present it clearly and succinctly.
Attention to detail – you are conscientious and pay attention to detail, particularly around hitting monthly deadlines and saying on top of these.
Teamwork – you are happy to help your colleagues across the business in a collaborative way and work as one team. Equally, you are happy to manage your own projects and deliver to deadlines set by your team members.
Interacting with people – we work with many stakeholders across the globe who keep us on our toes, so you will be confident in building relationships with them and responding to their questions and asks in a professional and timely manner.
Quick learner – someone who is open to learning new skills, is quick to learn and happy to ask lots of questions along the way.
An interest and some experience in marketing – whilst you will be working alongside the lead person for digital campaigns, we want someone who is hungry to progress, is proactive and can teach us a few things!
Can do the usual stuff on a computer - word processing, spreadsheets, graphics.
Educational & Skills Background:
University graduate, ideally with previous focus on communications or marketing related degree.
Some knowledge of Marketing Automation is a benefit (training will be provided).
Working knowledge of Google Analytics essential (some training will be provided).
There’s coaching and on-the-job training on offer from a team of experienced marketers who will support the person as they look to progress.
