Recruitment Specialist

People Development & Recruitment


Participate in the definition of a local recruitment strategy which brings value to the business at the required pace.

Attract, select and hire IT Specialists according to recruitment demand within the organization.

Conduct job analyses including preparation of job descriptions, person specifications and preparation of selection and evaluation criteria for candidates.

Identifying active and passive candidates by effectively using social media, networking, using search engine marketing techniques and consistently obtaining great employees referrals.

Implement resourcing and selection strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.

Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional selection process and drive offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations.

Ensure that the required resources are available and relevant parties are able to review or interview candidates as planned.

Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback.

Communicate effectively with the hiring managers, people management and recruitment team to ensure preparedness during the selection process.

Share and exchange information with all stakeholders.
Create and present People Analytics reports related to recruitment, attrition and different talent management metrics in order to identify and close gaps in processes and program outcomes.

Drive local employee branding initiatives on the market (university events, career fairs, conferences).

Positively influence the quality of organizational culture by supporting local leaders to improve the leadership and development competencies and attract and retain the best talent

Identify and drive the communication and sharing of Endava best practices across functions and teams.

Play as an integral Business Partner for the HR Compliance and People Development practices, providing support and/or leading the execution of different activities in these practices as the talent demand/supply allows it.


Qualifications and Experience

1-3 years of experience in recruitment (IT industry preferred).
Proficient in understanding the local IT market and recruitment channels.
Knowledgeable of the recruitment practices and processes.
Experience in working and delivering within tight deadlines.
Planning and organizing skills.
A good communicator, assertive and tactful with high awareness of the importance of confidentiality.
Competency in customer service and business orientation. 
Able to work in a team environment and managing stakeholders.
Easily adaptable to changes, open and thoughtful with innovation thinking.
Advanced in English both spoken and written (Level 90%)
The following skills would be a plus:


Additional Information

Previous experience in Talent Management (People Development).
Previous experience in HR Legal Compliance.
Previous recruiting experience in senior profile candidates.
