IT Business Relationship Manager

As a senior part of the Business Partnering and Change team, the IT BRM will be instrumental in managing Business Relationship Management within Internal Tech, establishing best practice, building, and managing expectations and developing effective ways of working.

  • Manage and contribute to the Business priorities roadmap as a senior part of the Internal Tech team, linking business need with our strategy and priorities, identifying commonalities and opportunities as well as gaps
  • Partner with leaders both inside and outside the organization to collaborate and ensure meaningful results from strategic initiatives, bringing in new ideas and fresh perspectives
  • Work with business unit(s) to understand the strategic decisions, support prioritization, and closely monitor and report against progress status
  • Facilitate the decision-making processes related to business change, planning, and change implementation
  • Monitor the level of client's satisfaction and respond to queries, complaints, and requests
  • Translate stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables
  • Act as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining, and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
  • Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities and work with the team to find effective business solutions
  • Work with key stakeholders across IT including Portfolio Managers, Architects, Business Analysis and Business Change Management


Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Business Relationship Management
  • 5+ years of experience championing organizational change
  • Technical competence with business and commercial awareness
  • Proven project and leadership skills with a good knowledge of business analysis
  • Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in project quality management and familiar with programme management
  • Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving
