IT Procurement Administrator with Serbian

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a point of contact between the organization and the agreed supplier
  • Guides internal users for budget approvals, and other IT items related activities
  • Generates Purchase Orders and places orders for requested IT equipment and licenses
  • Assists in devising/proposing effective solutions to customers defined requirements
  • Maintains relation and collaboration with IT Sourcing team
  • Maintains supplier relations and collaboration

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1 year of previous experience on a similar position is a plus
  • Customer and service oriented approach in dealing with peers and suppliers
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in Serbian, English & Romanian
  • Attention to details, ability to manage several tasks in order meet the desirable outcome and deadlines
  • Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Outlook
  • Experience in collaborating with suppliers is a plus
