IT Business Performance Manager

The IT Business Performance Manager has overall responsibility for coordinating Endava Internal Tech financial & operational performance ensuring that proper KPIs are in place to be able to benchmark internally and externally, correlate & analyze performance data across units & propose and drive areas for improvement based on the overall Intech performance. The role supports the CIO's decisions and interfaces with all Internal Tech units.

  • Oversee overall Internal Tech performance from the KPI definition (aligned with strategic direction), build-up & implementation of the action plan to achieve the desired performance levels
  • Analyze and correlate cross units’ performance information/facts, benchmark internally & externally and provide guidance for improvements
  • Run & implement performance governance for individual units & overall Intech
  • Build & maintain Internal Tech performance dashboards per unit/overall, consolidating all the financial & operational in a meaningful way to support future business decisions
  • Monitor external IT performance trends and continuously benchmark against it
  • Support in defining the strategic initiatives/annual goals to be able to define the most relevant metrics to measure performance per unit and for the overall IT organization
  • Propose and drive implementation of processes & tools which will serve for the information monitoring and consolidation
  • Ensure IT performance is connected and aligned with Endava priorities and ways of working


Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role (5+ years of finance or performance management)
  • Strong financial controlling knowledge & business understanding
  • Experience interacting with senior management & C-level
  • Analytical and information acquisition skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across various geographies
  • Strong judgment and decision making, as well as problem-solving, applied based on accurate and timely analyses
  • Strong negotiations skills & consultative mindset to efficiently advise to and support all business stakeholders
  • Report writing, project planning, and governance skills
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
