Junior Linux Sysadmin



  • Major Incident Management: problem analysis, escalation to senior technical teams, coordination of ongoing communication and progress reporting
  • Event Management: coverage of a shifted pattern to continuously monitor, manage and escalate detected events (24/7, 3 shifts)
  • Job scheduling: management and execution of routine, scheduled operational procedures
  • Service documentation: actively document troubleshooting steps and fixes that are not recorded in the team's database to serve as a reference for the other members of the team


Qualifications and Experience

  • Knowledge of the Linux file system and core commands
  • Able to perform basic troubleshooting in a Linux environment
  • Aware of basic IT concepts
  • Familiar with ITIL
  • Fluent in English
