As part of the Endava Applications Management team, you will be involved in developing applications using Mendix and you will provide support to already developed applications, aiming towards continuous improvement. More specifically, you will:
- Develop applications and improve existing software;
- Provide responsive assistance to customer requests for software support;
- Conduct technical investigation and analysis of incidents, problem replication, fault diagnosis, code fix, and call closure to customer satisfaction;
- Be responsible for the development of technical change requests and defect corrections of the existing components, as well as for some software enhancements;
- Deploy fixes into staging and pre-production environments;
- Proactively optimize and enable smooth running of all components of the system, aiming to automate processes as much as possible;
- Implement and test new software development as well as upgrade existing software.
