Technical Support Engineer - Application Management

? Working in teams following agile development practices
? Interacting with architect and design lead to design and implement appropriate technical solutions
? Working with remote client resources


Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory skills:
? Very good Java knowledge and 4+ years of experience as Java developer
? Strong SQL & PLSQL knowledge and experience with Oracle databases (2+ years)
? Good understanding of design patterns
? Experience with build tools and versioning systems (Maven, GIT)
? Experience with Linux and Bash scripting
? Experience with JUnit and Mockito testing and continuous integration environments (Jenkins)
? Open and willing to learn new technologies
? Capable of self-learning and working in a challenging environment
? Advanced spoken/written English
? Proactive, problem solving attitude
? Good communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-have skills:
? Experience with agile methodologies (ideally Scrum or SAFe)
? Experience with Web technologies (JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS)
? Experience delivering complex solutions (ideally but not restricted to banking and/or financial institutions)
? Familiar with Java Application Servers / Apache Tomcat
? Familiar with code quality and code security tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx)
