Endava was selected as a trusted partner who, leveraging its Distributed Agile Delivery and Agile Transformation expertise, could effectively drive the initiative. A staged approach was defined to gradually introduce Agile practices, delivered by an initial agile incubator team, which was expanded to an Agile Enterprise structure that now has 3 programmes totaling 27 teams working on the same product roadmap.
To ensure scalability across the organisation, we provided consultancy on portfolio management, mapping on budgeting cycles, product ownership best practices, ideas sizing and validation, impediments management, continuous integration and continuous delivery. Our Agile experts facilitated collaboration throughout all the layers of our client’s business, creating full transparency and visibility, improving ownership across the entire production pipeline and enabling a cultural change versus an imposed one.
