Our Client's Goal

The UK branch of a global investment bank took prompt action to engage Endava as seasoned Agile delivery and automation experts when they needed to adopt an Agile delivery model to re-platform a global Settlements system due to the aggressive timescales and lack of maturity in the requirements management process.
 

The Endava Approach

Endava conducted an architectural audit and a process review, then supported and guided the client in defining vision and goals for the Agile Transformation. We also helped to form the evolution backlog and to manage the dependencies. The Endava scrum teams delivered critical parts of the programme, establishing a user-friendly set of tools to manage the agile process and improve code quality, software engineering, development operations and test automation.
