Global Compact
Endava joined the Global Compact in September 2007, assuming the obligation to respect and sustain Global Compact’s principles in the fields of human rights, labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption.
Endava’s responsibility for the impacts of its activities on the local communities, employees and their families, customers, shareholders and the environment informs all aspects of its operations. Where possible, Endava voluntarily surpasses its statutory obligations as an employer to improve the quality of life of its employees and local communities.

Investing in the next generation
Endava is also committed to nurturing the next generation of young people through partnerships, with the leading Eastern European universities. As well as creating excellent career opportunities for the most talented students and graduates from universities in Moldova and Romania through our Internship and Graduate Programmes, we aim to improve the quality and range of the IT curriculum taught in local universities. For example, Endava is sponsoring a software engineering course at the Technical University in Chisinau.
Environment
Endava employees regularly take part in the Global Compact’s ‘Green Day in Chisinau or Let's do it World! campaigns in Romania and Moldova. On a wider scale, Endava plans to encourage the development of environmentally-friendly technologies across all of its offices, and support low-carbon activities such as cycling to work, teleconferencing and reducing power and paper consumption.
Charity and voluntary giving
Endava volunteers are actively involved in activities aimed at helping sick or under-privileged people in Endava’s local communities. Some examples of the type of actions we get involved in include campaigns to donate presents to poor children at Christmas time, running marathons for cancer treatment causes or donations for victims of floods in Romania and Moldova.
