We Care is the framework we use to articulate how Endava has been making a difference for over two decades and to bring our sustainability mission to life.

We have determined the key pillars that reflect our sustainability approach, which are underpinned by our core purpose and values, making it easy for clients and other stakeholders to understand our ESG priorities, as well as the actions we are taking.

Our We Care approach broadly uses the industry frameworks set by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
