Endava expands into Poland
Endava, the British next-gen technology services provider, announces its business expansion into Poland.
Headquartered in London and listed at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: DAVA), Endava has been successfully reimagining for the past two decades the way humans interact with technology and the world around them by delivering solutions, building technology platforms, and accelerating disruption for clients in industries such as payments, financial services, TMT (technology, media, and telecom), and logistics.
With over 10,000 employees globally and more than 5,000 Endavans located in Central Europe, organised in cross-functional teams of different specialisations and seniorities, Endava delivers full-range solutions from ideation and strategy to production and support.
The company has recognised Poland’s extensive Google Cloud Platform (GCP) skills and is creating a Polish Google centre of excellence to serve its European clients. This centre will help other companies build GCP landing zones, cutting-edge cloud-native solutions and migrate their existing workloads to the cloud.
The company announced job opportunities for the local tech community, having open positions for software developers, testers, application management engineers, data experts, support services employees, analysts, project managers, and software architects.
Known to be one of the employers of choice in many of the locations where it operates, Endava recently announced adopting a permanent hybrid work model, giving its employees the flexibility to work from both the office and from home. The office is the space to experience the highly collaborative Endava culture and jointeam activities, such as Agile Ceremonies, training and company events, internship programmes, workshops, or any other activities where direct collaboration is preferred.
"The demand for digital technologies has grown exponentially globally, allowing us to develop new hubs and attract new talents to our regional teams. Poland will certainly become one of the top markets for our development because we found very talented software engineers here and have great potential for excellence", said Claudiu Constantinescu, Regional Manager, Central Europe, Endava.
"Endava has always been about having amazing teams, who do a wonderful job for our clients and who in turn come back for more work. That enables Endava to grow, which opens up opportunities in the organisation for our people to grow their careers and to take on roles and responsibilities as we expand. We see a lot of potential for Poland to become part of our success story", said John Cotterell, Chief Executive Officer, Endava.
As Endava expands into new geographies, it continues to build a robust culture guided by its values and core purpose. These elements led to its continuous development, offering many new and exciting career opportunities to IT professionals at all levels.
