Endava is celebrating a new milestone as it passes 100 people in Skopje
Endava, one of the IT services companies with the fastest growth in the region, marks an important milestone in the organisation’s growth within the Macedonian market, celebrating over 100 Endavans now working as full-time employees in its Skopje offices and establishing itself as a mature delivery unit within the Endava family.
Opened in 2014, the Macedonian offices have undergone their first expansion in November 2014, with the opening of a 3,000 square metres Skopje office, which has seen the team grow from 30 IT professionals to over 100, and the company plans to further expand to 400 people over the next three to four years.
Endava is an active employer within the Macedonian market and one of the leading employers across all of its Central and Eastern European locations, harnessing the talent of both experienced IT professionals and those who are starting out in this industry by offering them a wide range of learning opportunities, from internships, graduate programmes and tech meet-ups to internal practices aimed at building a culture of knowledge-sharing among Endavans.

Skopje is becoming an important centre for Endava, involved in significant projects for German telecom companies, UK insurance clients, payments companies in the UK, educational institutions in the UK, as well as, Swiss sporting bodies, complementing its portfolio of delivering value for worldwide businesses in the Finance, Insurance, Media, Tech and Publishing, as well as, Retail industries.
In addition to its Application Development teams in Skopje, within only a year, Endava has consolidated its Applications Management capabilities, a relatively new offering on the local market, forming a strong core of specialists. The Skopje centre is also delivering independent testing services for Endava clients, driving quality improvement through software testing best practice.
Thanks to efforts from the government over the last few years, Macedonia enjoys a stable business environment and, due to close ties between the universities and the IT community, it has a rapidly growing IT community of over 8,000 professionals.

Endava continues to be very involved in contributing to the local IT community in Macedonia through conference sponsorships, and also attending, speaking and organising local technical events, as well as offering Endavans in Macedonia the opportunities to participate in international conferences and interact with colleagues in other locations. At the same time, a focus for Endava is creating the opportunity for students to start and develop a successful IT career through its Graduates and Internship programmes, Pass It On sessions and cooperation with local Universities.
Social responsibility is a big part of the Endava culture and the contribution extends beyond the IT sector through significant CSR initiatives. Driven by the Endavans’ wish to give back to the community, celebrating 100+ Endavans in Skopje will also involve donating 100 boxes of joy for the kids at the “11 Oktomvri” Children's Home.
