The merger between ISDC, a software engineering company with approximately 300 employees, and Endava will give a total combined headcount of circa 3,300 employees, across offices in the UK, Netherlands, Germany and the USA, and delivery centres in Romania, Serbia, Macedonia, Moldova, Bulgaria and Colombia. 

The combination of the two firms will further underpin Endava’s ability to serve an increasingly global client base that includes some of the world’s leading brands across Finance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Media, Technology, Retail and Travel. This merger follows a series of successful M&A activity over the last 3 years across Europe and North America by Endava.
