At UBS since 2005, Matt held a number of strategic Director and Executive Director level IT roles including key delivery and architecture functions. Matt is passionate about technical leadership within organisations and believes in personal and organisational continuous Improvement. Whilst at UBS, Matt’s responsibilities included managing and developing a global staff of 80, delivering change by adopting agile development methods, whilst  supporting 20+ systems,  with an annual change budget of more than $20m.

Within the Group Finance IT area of UBS, Matt was viewed as an innovator and a challenger of the status quo.
