Endava joins the Digital Production Partnership (DDP)
Endava, one of the fastest growing IT Services companies, with offices in London, Frankfurt, New York, Atlanta, and delivery centres in Eastern Europe, is pleased to announce its collaboration with The Digital Production Partnership Ltd (DPP) as one of the first listed Consulting Members. The DPP is a not-for-profit company founded by the UK’s top free-to-air broadcasters, BBC, ITV, and Channel 4 to enable the media industry to maximise the potential of digital creation and exploitation of content.
Endava will help the industry make the most of cutting-edge advances in file-based delivery and will bring complementary capabilities in digital collaboration frameworks, media asset management and monetisation solutions, and archive-and-retrieval services. Endava has been specializing in services for media companies for over 10 years and is a strategic partner for major names in the industry such as Trinity Mirror and Johnston Press.
"We're really delighted to have Endava as a DPP Member," said DPP Managing Director, Mark Harrison. "They bring a fresh voice to the broadcasting debate, with terrific experience and insight to share from other sectors. I'm looking forward to working with them."
As the DPP extends its alliance with the North American Broadcasters Association, sharing practices developed globally for the benefit of both industry and viewers, Endava will offer its expertise in managing digital transformation in the media sector with a focus on hot-button challenges like interoperability and workflow optimization.
Endava ranked top technical agency in last year’s Econsultancy Top 100 UK Digital Agencies 2014, being recognized for its position at the forefront of digital transformation, and also won the award for Best Managed Service Desk at the 2014 IT Service & Support Awards Gala organised by the Service Desk Institute, the most coveted UK awards in the IT service and support management industry.
Rob Machin, Managing Director, Endava, says “We are excited to play our part in the future of the DPP, and in helping the industry get to grips with the challenges we will all face in our emerging digital world. The DPP will help us and our partners lead the way in which media content providers connect, exchange content and information about digital assets and takes our industry into the future with confidence.”
