A veteran of the world of Applications Management, Mills has led international Applications outsourcing businesses for industry giants Logica and Fujitsu, Mills built and led Logica’s global SAP/ERP services business and established their global AM organisation which included teams in India and Eastern Europe. 

The impressive pedigree Mills brings to Endava includes responsibility for Fujitsu’s global Applications Management proposition and securing one of Logica’s biggest AM deals.  More recently, Mills has ran his own consultancy specialising in Applications and Cloud outsourcing. He believes that building strong, blended international teams is key to successful AM when coupled with transparent and cohesive service delivery.
