Endava featured in GS100 among world’s best outsourcing service providers
The Global Services 100, now in its eighth year, is a tool for buyers of business and technology services that helps them to identify and select the right vendor. The GS100 analytical model is based on four key criteria: performance and leadership, quality and maturity of customers, breadth of services offered, and spread of global delivery capabilities.
Ed Nair, Editor, Global Services, said: "The global services market environment has been dynamic. While technology budgets continued to be constrained, organizations were clamoring to re-orient their IT and process management practices to include mobility, cloud, analytics, and social media. The GS100 service providers are the ones to quickly adjust to this new reality; the big differentiator is that these companies demonstrate the ability to deliver business outcomes.”
John Cotterell, Chief Executive, Endava, said, “We are proud to be named among the world’s IT-BPO leaders for the third year in a row. Our strategy of performing increasing proportions of our work in Eastern Europe enabled strong growth despite continued tough market conditions. Our distributed delivery model, which enables highly productive, high quality offshore services, attracted significant interest from large multinational customers, and we will continue to focus on this type of engagements as key driver for our future development.”
Recently Endava has been recognised in the sub-lists of the annual Global Outsourcing 100 ranking, compiled by the IAOP (the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals) as one of the best rising stars in overall revenue and in its target business sectors, and also among the best 10 outsourcing companies in the UK and Eastern Europe.
Endava announced a 43% increase in revenues to £42.6 million / $66.8 million for the 2012/2013 financial year and has now over 1,350 employees in offices in the UK, USA, Romania and Moldova.
Over 60% of Endava’s revenues come from customers in the financial services sector – specifically in payments, insurance and banking segments. The remaining revenues are generated from clients in media & publishing, retail, telecommunication and travel sectors - where Endava has a strong focus and expertise.
