From the project’s outset, our team understood that an Agile approach was the best choice to achieve an incremental release schedule that would allow a gradual shift to the new platform with no disruption to our client’s business. This would enable them to transition from their mostly legacy systems to the new, more modern technology estate, allowing the old system to work in parallel with the new releases, until the eventual launch of the new platform.
Leveraging our Agile Transformation experience, we delivered the enterprise architecture for the new product, as well as, designed and implemented the full Continuous Delivery pipeline and environments. By introducing Endava‘s TEAM delivery approach as the Agile interaction model, we provided coaching sessions to both the business and its people, enabling our client’s teams to experience the benefits of being Agile, first-hand, leading to a smoother adoption process.
