We’re committed to increasing the number of women in leadership roles across Endava. Through our mentoring programme, Endava RISE Mentoring, we support high-potential women, building their readiness for senior management and leadership roles.

Our Endava Tech Campus brings together a wide range of educational projects to support the next generation of engineers and scientists. Through trusted partnerships with NGOs, we develop a variety of programmes covering science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Awarded for achievements in sustainability

In 2023, we were awarded the EcoVadis silver medal for implementing positive ESG practices across our organisation. This placed us in the top 25 per cent for our industry and top 15 per cent for companies in all industries.

2023 GHG Emissions – Scope 1 and 2

To achieve our environmental aim, we have focused on measuring and being transparent about our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. In September 2023, we finalised our calculation of Global Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and produced an initial calculation of Global Scope 3 GHG emissions.
