esure and Endava extend their IT partnership to help deliver great customer service
esure, part of esure Group plc, one of the UK’s leading providers of car and home insurance, has agreed to extend their partnership with Endava for another two years. Endava has been helping esure to strengthen their technology delivery capacity in areas such as customer self-service, persistency, and call centre effectiveness.
Since forming in 2000, esure has built their business around offering great customer service. In a highly competitive market, Endava has been helping esure increase revenue and retention. For example, Endava teams have helped design and build an Identification and Verification system that enables call centre colleagues to have all caller information up-front, helping to improve the customer experience.

Offering a great end-to-end digital experience is now more important than ever, and esure has worked with Endava to improve the customer journey, including mobile optimisation. As a result, esure has been able to grow online sales significantly.
May 2021 will see the launch of the ‘Whiplash reforms’ – the UK Government’s reform of how low-value personal injury claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents are managed. Endava has been helping esure prepare for this by adjusting their customer portal so claimants can instantly apply for a claim.
