The establishment of this office not only brings with it the opportunity of 20 different roles in the capital of Vojvodina and other locations cross-country, but also continues the development of local IT expertise.

In the past year, Endava has recorded a huge increase in the employment of IT experts, of all levels, due to an ambitious hiring strategy. Currently, we have created jobs for 20 different profiles in the field of software engineering - Java, C ++, Frontend, Mobile development, DevOps, Test and Data engineering, business analysis, and project management.
