Endava reaches 700 employees in its Cluj-Napoca delivery centre
Endava, one of the IT services companies with the fastest growth in the region, has, over the past few months, significantly expanded its team in its largest Romanian delivery centre, located in Cluj-Napoca, reaching over 700 full-time employees, out of the 1,500 in the country and around 2,750 globally.
The company is celebrating 10 years on the Romanian market and is currently delivering software solutions and IT services from its delivery centres in Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Iasi, for clients in a wide range of industries, from Finance, to Insurance, Retail, Media, Telecommunications and Technology.

, who joined the internal event dedicated to the over 700 employees in the Cluj office.

Among the most important projects developed by the company and delivered from Cluj-Napoca so far, are Trinity Mirror, a publication with over 260 titles in the UK, R&A the organisation that runs the oldest and most prestigious golf championship worldwide, and Worldpay, one of the most important payment processors in the FinTech global industry, as well as one of Endava’s largest clients.
Endava’s Managed Services department is also in Cluj-Napoca, with its Service Desk team, which in 2014, won the Best Managed Service Desk award, one of the most important prizes in the IT support services field in Europe.

Throughout 2016, the company intends to continue to be active in terms of recruitment, aiming for a growth rate of at least 25 percent at group level.
The internal event is dedicated to the Endava Cluj-Napoca team and provides employees with the opportunity to get involved in a series of activities meant to mark this special anniversary.
