Facilities Specialist (Office Manager) - Bogotá


What's this role about?

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Facilities Specialist (Office Manager) to join our team in Bogotá. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles and at least 2 years of experience in similar positions. This role requires excellent English language skills (B2 level). The candidate will oversee purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee and manage office facilities to ensure a productive and safe working environment. * Coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure the best service and pricing. * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. * Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and supporting the planning and execution of office events and meetings. * Manage the office reception, including receiving visitors, maintaining contact with the building reception, handling correspondence, and other related tasks. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Assist Finance, Human Resources, and People Experience teams with administrative and operational support as needed.

What skills and experience do you need?

*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * +2 years of experience in a similar role. * Proficient in English (B2 level). * Strong experience in purchasing and supplier management. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).   We are an IT company committed to people growth and empowerment.
