Endava consolidates its operational base by opening a Consultancy Division in Bucharest, where it already has a regional coordination centre. Marian V. Popa, Managing Director Endava Eastern Europe: “This decision follows the increase in the number of our customers in the financial services sector in Romania, most of them located in Bucharest, and by this move we also aim to ensure we have all the conditions to further develop the relationships with existing customers and to facilitate new agreements with Telco and Media companies in Romania.”
The new delivery centre will leverage Endava’s competencies for IT outsourcing and will hold consultancy skills for Microsoft business solutions implementation (CRM, DMS, ERP), Business Inteligence, system integration and security audits - as Endava is among the few Qualified Security Assesors in the region for the PCI DSS standard.
For the team in Bucharest, Endava is hiring business analysts and consultants aiming to reach 25 people in Bucharest in the next year. The new consultancy division will be supported by the software development and managed services centres in Cluj, Iasi and Chisinau. Endava plans to grow the delivery centre in Bucharest up to 100 people in the next 3 years.
The new consultancy division of Endava in Bucharest will be coordinated by Adriana Calomfirescu. Adriana graduated the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and holds a Master’s Degree in “Open Architecture Systems” as well as an Executive MBA. Adriana has more than 10 years of experience in consultancy projects, software solutions implementation and system integration, acquired in companies such as ICL Fujitsu Services, S&T, Ness Technologies.
