Endava’s flexible, end-to-end services made us the provider of choice to whom our client could cost-effectively outsource its core IT functions. We transferred the IT teams to a new Target Operating Model, ensured a unified service with 24/7 Service Desk, central Operations Centre and the effective implementation of defined management processes.
We simplified infrastructure, rationalised applications in order to reduce operating costs and improve resilience, consolidating the Active Directory domain, with its over 6000 user accounts and associated devices. Our teams further simplified our client’s application services across the hybrid cloud infrastructure, decommissioning hundreds of local physical servers and reducing local facility, licensing and maintenance costs. We also upgraded our client’s central data storage to higher performance solutions , migrating 2PB+ of raw data to a restructured solution.
Through our robust and scalable business solutions, we supported our client in achieving enhanced service resilience, focusing on a smaller number of enterprise applications scaled according to business demand and priority.
