Making Distributed Agile Work
Distributed agile is first and foremost agile and is therefore underpinned by high amounts of collaboration and communication. Focusing on how these two factors will be supported in a distributed environment is a key factor for successful agile projects.
We recommend engagements begin with a face to face workshop with the customer to discuss and agree the project configuration, and to establish key working relationships. Regular checkpoints should be undertaken to assess the project progress and realign as required.
To help bridge the geographical divide web-based project management, application life cycle, and collaboration tools are used to streamline reporting and provide a virtual workspace for our customers and teams to work together.
