„The first work experience is very important for a student, because it provides you the answers for lots of questions that you have during the period that you spent in school, like <<how it is to work in a company>> or <<how can you integrate in an experienced team>>, and that is why it’s so important that the first experience is a positive one, in a friendly environment, with some very cool co-workers. I think that is the main reason that made me continue on this company after I finished the internship program.”

“I, probably like everyone else, asked myself several times what is like to actually work on a project with a professional team. When I joined the internship program at Endava I finally had the chance to answer myself that question. I also managed to get a picture of what software developing really means and to learn new things in a friendly environment. I also had the opportunity to get to know better outside the office the people I worked with. For me it was a great experience, and that is the reason why I decided to join the company.”

“I paid very much attention to the process of picking the company where I will be doing my internship, because I think it is a very important decision for my career. I looked at a lot of companies but after a good time of thinking I chose Endava. It was a smart decision!
In the beginning of the intern period we started by learning the basic stuff. After a week or so everyone started working on different projects to really see how work is done in a software company.
I learned a lot of interesting and useful things that otherwise are hard to learn by yourself or at university. I liked very much my period as an intern at Endava. It was really enjoyable and enriching experience! “
