Learning and Leadership

Our Endava University programme includes a mix of personal and professional development, leadership and technical sessions, as well as e-learning training, all accessible to our employees through an open source online learning platform. A key responsibility of our people managers is to acts as a liberator for those they lead. We all have a responsibility to calibrate high support and high challenge for those we interact with and have an extensive series of accelerators, presentations, videos and tools that we use to develop all of our people as leaders.

We combine domain expertise and engineering talent to deliver business results for some of the world’s biggest brands in Finance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Media, Technology, and Retail. Our teams actively work with a wide spectrum of technologies and we believe not in a set of technologies but in what you can do with them and, throughout our internal practices and projects, we use the best technologies or mix of technologies that ensures the platforms and systems we build, design and operate are secure, reliable, scalable and flexible. We also support creativity and innovation through Innovation Labs, Hackathons and even building our own, internal devices to stimulate engagement and competitivity among project teams.
 

Apprenticeship and Sharing

To make sure we continue to care for our people and customers as individuals, protecting what makes Endava special as we grow. Our "Pass it on" initiative focuses on how we make decisions, come up with solutions and then "pass it on" to the people we work with. We recognise that everyone has unique experiences, a set of skills and competencies they excel at and, at the same time, areas they are looking to develop.
