We actively embrace projects changes as part of an agile working relationship. We deliver working code and components early and continuously throughout each project, with working software used as the key progress indicator. Active stakeholder participation is part of this, with continual delivery and client feedback an intrinsic part of our processes, with quality review points built into all delivery processes. Where possible and when appropriate, we support the use of agile methodologies and tools, using them to support our delivery approach and enabling customers to monitor project progress and quality.

Endava’s engineering and development processes combine the optimum blend of onshore resources for consultancy and extended teams, with Nearshore capabilities in Romania and Moldova for project delivery, component delivery and additional extended teams.

Although our technical depth remains .NET and Enterprise Java we ensure our capabilities extend beyond these technical realms ensuring success in all types of integration environments. We support open-source software, industry-proven standards and all types of integration environments. Our industry knowledge and technical experience is combined for each project to produce the best possible results, using an iterative, risk-driven approach to delivery.

We take pride in staying abreast of technology trends and industry initiatives. This has allowed us to take part in some of the most challenging projects in our industries, such as:

• award winning system BACSTEL-IP, securing online payment instructions for 80% of the UK’s direct debt market;

• technology renewal program architecture including proving STP architectural propositions;

• future and option pricing and settlement system for major clearing houses;

• invoice financing technology renewal program for a leading global High Street bank.

We have a long-term commitment to facilitating competency working groups and training for our staff, including project management, security, agile development methodologies, enterprise and solution architectures, and testing.
