Endava University
Being an organisation that fosters an environment of learning and sharing, encouraging our staff to develop relevant skills and increase performance, Endava is taking a more proactive approach so that the learning process is well-organised, focused on developing management and technical competencies, and aligned with our business strategy.
The Endava University program aims to support the professional development of Endava staff through the delivery of creative, well-designed and time-efficient training programs. Endava University has now five main training streams:
Management Training program
It is designed to train Endava highly capable managers so they can become influential leaders. The main strength of this program is its richness and diversity of highly recommended topics and materials all carefully chosen to best fit Endava’s needs. The content of this program is focused on developing management skills such as leadership, communication, mentoring, people management, conflict solving etc.

Information Technology training program
The speed of IT development means that it is an on-going challenge to stay ahead of the latest developments, at both a personal and corporate level. The IT training program is aimed at improving technical skills covering different IT subject areas in architecture and development, testing and managed services. The Endava Learning Centre in Chisinau provides training courses accredited by Microsoft as well as Prometric examinations for IT certifications.
Audience: Endava staff, students, graduates and other candidates
Trade & Commerce training program
This program focuses on strengthening the sales, business and management acumen of Endava’s staff. Aimed at Endava’s sales teams and client-facing units, the program will include courses covering negotiation, marketing, sales skills and client management.

Awareness training program
In order to improve Endava’s internal operations and efficiency, the Awareness training program will company policies, such as security, purchasing and PAS, and external issues such as employment legislation.

EnterTraining program
