Sergiu is a Project Manager based at Endava Moldova. He has a degree in Computer Science from Central Missouri State University. His current responsibilities include team management duties for several of the Extended Team projects, as well as project management of a medium sized project with over 12 months lifespan. He also has the added responsibility of being a mentor for some of Endava's staff members, which gives him the opportunity to participate in some of the staff training and career development challenges that are faced by a rapidly growing company like Endava. As a Technology Leader in project management, he is actively involved in Endava's Project Management Process and Quality System improvements, which have made significant progress over recent years.

"I joined Endava as a First Line Support Engineer in 2001, and quickly progressed into Second Line Support. I then fulfilled my life long ambition of travelling the world, visiting countries within South-East Asia and Africa. After 17 months of travelling I returned to Endava in the Second Line Support Team. From there I became responsible for the Service Desk and Desktop Services Team based in the London office. As our Customer base grew, I took on the responsibly of Service Delivery Manager for Endava, which is a challenging and rewarding role that allows me to get out and meet with our Customers on a regular basis.

Liviu is Head of Development Practice in Endava Cluj Napoca and has advanced skills in business analysis, technical architecture and design of applications developed for important US and Romanian customers in Financial Services. Liviu was involved in major projects such as; a custom software application integrated with a core banking system of the 4th largest bank in Romania, a live trading platform for US Bonds and a software product dedicated to asset management companies.

Simon joined Endava straight out of university, where he began working initially on some of Endava's smaller projects. He has received training in requirements elicitation and documenting and UML modelling. He helps support the development team with graphic design and multimedia requirements, and forms part of Endava's extensive team of requirements analysts.

"My name is Sonal and I am an experienced UML Requirements/Systems Analyst with more than 7 years experience working in the IT sector. I specialise in providing services in requirements gathering and management, and using Object Orientated Analysis and UML techniques.

I am skilled at writing use case specifications, following processes such as RUP, RAD, JAD and SSADM, and using Rational RequisitePro and Rose.

I joined Endava about two years ago, with the idea of putting my consultancy skills from a large consultancy organisation to practice in a small to medium sized company.
