Customer Service Professionals - English and Portuguese

Mandatory skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese; Basic understanding of computer hardware and software; Fast learner, with strong problem solving skills; Motivated, dependable and very good team-player.

Desirable skills: Experience in working in a multicultural environment, preferably working within the IT industry; Regular contact with customers in a customer led environment; Working with demanding customers and delivering to tight deadlines; Experience of working in a shift pattern; Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems and applications.
