Mandatory skills: 1. Good writing skills and fluent speaking English; 2. Customer and people oriented person; 3. Proactive and able to engage and line up teams toward objectives’; 4. Good analytical and problem solving skills; 5. Good business awareness; 6. Willing to work as PM and have a career path in this field (previous experience as PM not mandatory) 7. IT background is not essential but is a plus; 8. Ability to learn and adapt to new things; 9. Desire to lead dynamic and challenging projects; 10. Basic PM concepts and at least ideas are desirable to be owned.

Desirable skills: University degree; demonstrated leadership skills; Ability to build team communication and morale; Capability to set goals and prioritize tasks; Degree in Computer science and training or experience in project management would be an advantage.

Project description. Responsibilities:

1. Process: Use and follow agreed Endava processes, procedures and tools are used effectively to deliver the defined implementation and IT services to the highest standard. Contribute actively to the PM process continuous improvement.

2. Project Management: Oversee projects progress and provide project coordination ensuring timely activity, integration, productivity and efficient use of resources fulfilling the responsibilities specified for the PM Role in SDM, Maintenance and PM procedures.

3. Communication: Facilitate communication as appropriate within all involved parties and ‘manage’ the stakeholders.

4. Metrics: Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations; balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.

5. Meetings: Organize weekly Project Team meetings to discuss issues related to project, Endava practices, update the Project Team members with news in regard to Customer expectations, change in project scope or technologies and approach.
