Office Manager

Mandatory skills: Strong PC skills and a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access); Excellent verbal and written skills in Romanian and English, with an emphasis on strong editing skills; Detailed-oriented, proactive professional and a problem solver; Excellent organizational and planning skills to meet schedules and timelines; Ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments simultaneously and thrive in a high stress, fast-paced environment;

Desirable skills: University degree and experience in a similar position;

Project description. Responsibilities:

The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative services , including:

· Supporting the management and technical staff;
· Providing liaison with other companies and organizations on behalf of the Managers of Endava as required;
· Managing the Master List of Documents of the company, Mail-in and Mail-out Registers;
· Maintaining and providing content management on intranet/internet sites as required, keep up to date on Intranet relevant pages;
· Distributing various forms, providing routine information and directing inquiries to the appropriate person, - make phone calls to request or provide or verify information as directed;
· Drafting, typing and editing correspondence;
· Keeping the existing company contacts database up to date;
· Maintaining accurate internal communication system: ads (coffee area, open space, intranet), phone numbers and extensions, emails etc.
