John graduated from Manchester Business School on the Director's List in 1988, entering the Computer Services industry by joining Hoskyns (now Capgemini). Rotating successfully through a number of roles including Project Management, Sales and Marketing, John has a broad experience of business practices in the industry. At Capgemini he set up the Business Process Outsourcing division taking it from a greenfield start-up to 450 people. Clients included Virgin (Rail, Cinema's and Retail), Scottish Hydro, M&G and a number of London Borough's. In February 2000 he founded Concise which merged with Brains Direct to form Endava in 2006.

Mike graduated from Cambridge with an MA in Mechanical Sciences and has an MSc in Business Administration from the London Business School. Initially Mike worked as an internal consultant for Tube Investments and then became manager for the Fluid Sealing business. For the last 30 years Mike has combined the foundation of several small technology companies with various roles as a non-executive director of a number of IT service companies.

A former Partner in Andersen, Andy founded their UK Corporate Finance Leadership Team. He has had extensive involvement in major corporate turnarounds, and experience as acting CFO of a £1bn revenue telecommunications business operating across 20 countries and 4 continents.

Vasile has a PhD in Computer Science from Moscow Aircraft Institute. Before joining Endava Moldova, he worked at a Research Institute in the areas of Management Information Systems and Databases. Then, following the collapse of the communist regime, he became Member of the Moldovan Parliament, Chairman of Foreign Policy Committee, Head of the Moldovan delegation to Europe and Vice-President of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly in Strasbourg. Co-founder of Endava Moldova, R&D Director and then Chairman, Vasile successfully contributed to the company's growth in terms of headcount, staff skills and process management, and has, in addition, developed business in the local market.

One of Romania's leading IT professionals, Marian V. Popa previously worked as General Manager for Rank Xerox and ICL/Fujitsu responsible for the Romania/Moldova region. A founder of the British-Romanian Chamber of Commerce, he was voted Romanian Business Man of the Year in 1994.

Robert joined Endava (then Concise Group) in 2002 from Capgemini where he was Vice President and a member of the UK leadership team. Robert has extensive experience working as a Major Programme Director leading large IT change and delivery programmes across a number of business sectors. Prior to joining Capgemini Robert held IT Director and other senior IT positions with multi-national companies operating in the IT Services, Insurance and Retail sectors. Robert is now responsible for UK Delivery and Endava Group Operations.

Nick Lonsdale joined Endava in 2008. He is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of CIMA. He has +10 years of experience running finance functions at world leading international consulting firms and his accomplishments over this period include installing internal management information systems, establishing new companies in new trading territories and providing platforms for high growth. He also brings 7 years of finance experience gained at a FTSE100 retailer where he worked in a number of operational and central finance positions, including one where for 3 years, he was Head of Regional Finance with revenues in excess of GBP 1.9bn (1996). Nick is responsible for the Finance functions across the Endava Group of companies and is also a member of the Executive team and a member of the Main Board.

Graham is an IT professional with over 20 years experience in the provision of IT services. Graham has worked for both software houses and IT departments of large corporations, having responsibility for delivering business critical applications within the finance and retail markets. Graham was one of the founder members of Concise Software in 1994 where he had a fundamental role in developing a start-up company of 5 people into a successful IT services company. Graham has been a major contributor to the success of Concise in a number of different delivery and management roles. Concise merged with Brains Direct to form Endava in 2006.
