Business Continuity Statement

In order to ensure business continuity and to provide a consistent and high-quality service to all our customers in situations that could cause temporary service interruption to major outages, resulting from severe weather conditions, local disorder, pandemics and other natural or man-made disasters,  Endava maintains a Business Continuity Plan for all of its locations, that take into account country regulations regarding employees’ safety and movement as well as technology constraints.  Components of this plan are reviewed annually and tested periodically to ensure effectiveness.

Endava Business Continuity Policy is driven by the following business objectives:

• To ensure the ongoing health and safety of our staff, our customers and members of the public;
• To minimise the risk to our  business, stakeholders and business critical services;
• To ensure our customers we continuously deliver to agreed levels of service.

In the event of a business or service disruption we maintain business continuity through:

• An internal communication plan to ensure that Endava employees receive emergency notifications and instructions via a variety of sources, including email and phone;
• Procedures for notifying customers regarding length of outage and measures being taken to restore service;
• Assignment of  business and technical task teams responsible for activating and managing the recovery process;
• Highly-resilient IT systems based on secure Data Centre infrastructure, with a distributed approach to services located in the UK, US, Romania and the Republic of Moldova to provide independent continuity of local operations if required;
• Web based and remote access is provided to all core systems, such that a distributed response to a crisis requiring staff to operate from home or temporary locations is available.
